General Policy:

All sales made through Plurout.com are considered final. We strive to ensure the highest quality in our products and services. However, we understand that there might be exceptional circumstances.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products:

Damaged Items: If the product you received is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. For a product to be considered damaged, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Print Defects: In cases where a product has print defects, please report these defects within 7 days of receiving the item. Print defects include issues such as misprints, color inconsistency, or other noticeable discrepancies from the product image displayed on our website.

Return Process:

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at Returns@Plurout.com Provide a detailed description of the damage or defect, along with photographic evidence.

Approval: Once we receive your claim and validate the issue, we will send you an approval for the return along with a return shipping label.

Shipping: Items must be returned in their original packaging. The return should be shipped back to us using the provided shipping label.

Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items: Note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products, unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Amendments: Plurout.com reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time.
